9-6-17 C _difficile_Testing_Criteria_(8765_-1) "Attached is the C. difficile policy I had mentioned and was requested by the participants at the recent Roundtable. We are currently in the middle of some revisions, so I have attached the working document so folks can see the original and proposed.
